RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


GENERAL

Quickto is an e-commerce platform offering fashion, accessories, and lifestyle products through our website.

The term Customers refers to any individual who accesses the Platform or purchases the Products.

Quickto’s policy allows customers to request an exchange only under specified conditions. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances.

EXCHANGE ONLY (NO REFUND)

  • Quickto does not offer refunds.

  • Only exchange is permitted, subject to the terms in this Policy.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

  1. Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Products are eligible for exchange only if:

    • Wrong product is delivered

    • Product is defective or damaged

    • Size/variant mismatch (if applicable)

  3. Products must be returned in their:

    • Original packaging, with tags intact

    • Unused, unworn, and undamaged condition

  4. Mandatory Unboxing Video:

    • A clear unboxing video taken at the time of opening the package is required.

    • The video must show the package from all sides, the opening process, and the product clearly.

    • Without this video, exchange requests will not be accepted.

  5. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

    • Products without an unboxing video.

    • Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

    • Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.

    • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

  6. EXCHANGE PROCESS

    1. Contact Quickto support at help.quickto@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

    2. Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and unboxing video.

    3. Once approved, Quickto will arrange return pickup or provide courier instructions.

    4. After inspection, a replacement product will be shipped to you.

  7. SHIPPING COSTS

    • If the exchange is due to a wrong or defective product, Quickto will bear shipping costs.

    • For all other exchange reasons (e.g., size issues), customers will bear the return shipping cost.

  8. CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

    • Cancellations must be requested before dispatch by contacting support.

  9. MISCELLANEOUS

    • Quickto reserves the right to reject exchange requests if conditions are not met.

    • Quickto’s decision regarding exchanges is final and binding.
